Administration and Special Projects Coordinator (Part- Time 15-20 hrs week)

Job description Position Summary
You are a dedicated administrative professional who has a proven track record of providing outstanding admin support to executives and teams. A creative and organized multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail, no job is too small and no job is too big for you to successfully complete.
You are adept at organizing projects, calendars and expenses to support the team’s objectives and can ask the right questions and anticipate needs to deliver the best admin support. You are a positive person and a team player who can prioritize and re-prioritize as required.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Manage all expenses and accounting including invoicing
Design and maintain client and contact databases
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Liaise with clients and team members as required
Co-ordinate project-based work
Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Education and Experience
1-3 years working in a comparable role
Strong computer skills including in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Bachelor’s degree an advantage
